The typical employee of the company IDIADA CZ a.s. is a creative and highly flexible university-graduated person with work experience of more than 6 years in the field with active knowledge of one world language. In the area of the technical development we apply project organizational structure managed by experienced coordinator with experience over 10 years in the field. The technical employees are placed into specialized groups focused on design, surfacing, design of plastic parts, design of sheet metal parts, and numeric analysis.

Thanks to very good well-being in the company, our support of personal growth and individual education, which are also supported by good financial evaluation of high-quality work of our employees we are able to face up the fluctuation of employees on a long-term basis.

At our employees we value especially the professional knowledge and skills, diligence, willingness to keep learning, high loyalty, creativity, and last but not least their high flexibility, thanks to which we are able to reach the best results and for that the thanks go to them.

Most of our employees practice some sports either in active way or at least recreationally. Most of them support the local entrepreneurial activities. The entertainment plays an important role in our work. Thanks to the consistency of our team which supports creativity and education, we keep our employees motivated and inspired.

A part of our company calendar are also regular company events which are usually focused on sports activities.
