CATIA Team PLM (CAT)

Basic configuration of CATIA PLM Express, which allows easy solid and surface modeling, creating drawing documentation, compatibility with CATIA V4, loading and transferring data into formats IGES, STEP, DXF and maintenance of data using PDM license ENOVIA SmarTeam.

This configuration can be extended with other modules (packages), which are divided into the following areas:

Conception stage of the product – design and setting the product structure

Creating original design of the product, creating 3D virtual model

Creating models, parts – supports design of shells, castings, workpieces or composites and offers first-class and efficient tools with effective ability to model.

Proposition of product equipment – allows constructors to define easily the equipment of the product such as electrical equipment, hydraulics, pipeline, cable harness, etc.

Optimization of product design using the analyses

Manufacturing processes - NC programming and solution of surface machining simulation (2-5 axes milling including specialized cycles of surface machining, simple and advanced functions for turning works, effective surface machining on lathe-milling centers)
